Web Development & SEO Agreement This Agreement is made between Krigo.io ("we", "our") and the client ("you", "your"). 1. Scope of Work: Krigo.io shall provide web development and SEO services, including website design, SEO optimization, and analytics setup. 2. Subscription & Payment Terms: You agree to pay the agreed-upon monthly or project fee. All invoices will reflect these terms. Payments are due upon receipt. Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. 3. SEO Disclaimer: SEO performance is affected by third-party algorithms and external factors. We do not guarantee rankings or specific performance metrics. 4. Confidentiality: We keep all shared project information private unless legally required to disclose. 5. Non-Chargeback Clause: You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes without contacting Krigo.io first. 6. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. You will be responsible for payment of completed services. By signing digitally, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
